Drawing Colorful Leaves

Yesterday my colored pencil class drew colorful Coleus plants on dark burgundy Canson Mi Teintes paper. The class really did beautifully and I should have taken a picture of all the pieces. The dark background really lent itself to the greens and pinks in the leaves.
